Sammy Cloud Export Feature

January 14th, 2020

SammyCloud has restrictions that prevents outside programs from being installed on the SammyCloud workstations. For security reasons, programs  such as Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office and other PDF programs may not be installed on the SammyCloud workstations.   At the same time, there are instances that you may need to export a document or report from Sammy for use outside of the Cloud.

To facilitate, these files will now be exported to local computer and placed in a designated folder on your local desktop called Sammy Export.  (C:\Users\(Windows log in name)\Desktop\SammyExport).

When a file is exported, this folder location will automatically open. You may then access the files from you local machine using program(s) that are installed on that machine.

This is a listing of the current Sammy Export options and the minimum version required.

A minimum version of the SammyCloud 1.0.0.87 is required.
