Users are able to reset their password or recover a lost password by interacting with the website or desktop application.

To reset/recover your password, follow these steps:

1. Browse to Sammycloud.com or open your SammyCloud Desktop application.
2. Click "Forgot Password"
3. This will send an email with instructions on how to reset your password for the account associated with the email address you entered.
