Yes! Appointment Reminder Emails have been updated and you can now add your practice name to your emails.
In the appointment calendar go to Calendar Printouts, Print Schedule. Click on Options in the upper left and select Set Up Email. In the Email Setup, click on the Email Server And Options.
To add Practice name from Office setup select Show Practice Name and Address. To use the Practice Letterhead (not individual letterhead) select Show Practice Letterhead.
Respond to Office Email has been added. Check this option if you want the email to contain " Should you wish to confirm or to contact our office, reply to firstname.lastname@example.org. This option uses the email address that has been entered in the Office setup area only.
These changes were added in Version 5.00.1142 of the Appointment Calendar Program and released on June 17, 2015.
