If there is any information in the alert, there is no way to prevent it from popping up.  Here is some more information about the alert.

There are 2 options to display the alert on the patient chart.

1. Check feature flag 123 to make it so that when a chart has an alert on it and it displays, it must be acknowledged. Sammy will not let you continue without acknowledging it.
2. If flag 123 is not checked, you do not have to acknowledge the alert and can click anywhere on the patient's chart to close it.
