I am not sure my zip claims are being transmitted because they keep coming back to the future list. What is the problem? (KB)

This happens because one of the following reasons:
- The claim is not getting paid and it is automatically resubmitting because the resubmit feature flags are set. To change that, please visit the 1st screen of feature flags to update the settings.
- The claim has been paid but the payment has not yet been posted
