How does Paper Claims Management feature work?
This feature allows you to automatically compile a list of claims that have been submitted on paper for resubmission. The claims can be viewed on a future listing and a claim summary for verification can be printed prior to printing, which can be done in a batch of all paper claims to be resubmitted
To enable this feature you must have Feature Flag # 21 Ask Hold on all paper claims.
When this flag is set, when billing claim for an insurance that is paper, your Process My Work button will show as Process & Hold.
