​When matching my BAKO reports, I am getting a message stating that the NPI does not match the Doctor who ordered the test. How do I stop this? (KB)

You are receiving this warning due to the checks and balances that are in Sammy.  Depending on how your practice works, you may or may not want to receive this notification.

If you no longer wish to get the notification, you can turn it off by doing the following:

Click on File, then Settings and uncheck the box that states “Display warning notification if provider NPI does not match."
