Error Message: At least one 'SkippingFile' even was triggered because an error prevented a file from being processed. Call Support Now. (Err#527)
The above error usually means that there is a locked/open file, which can be due to improperly exiting the software or there is possibly a 3rd party backup running at the same time.
To properly exit Sammy, always click 'File/Exit' and 'Log off'.
If you have a 3rd party backup running, please make sure it is configured to backup your system after Sammy is shut down. If not, it can cause corruption of your Sammy data.
