What does error 99 mean when I try to get into e-Prescribing? (KB)

If you receive error 99 when trying to get into e-Prescribing, it is because one of the following:

  • The provider does not have prescription settings entered into system setup
  • The provider does not have the box 32 settings completed in system setup
  • Some patient demographics are missing from the chart (first name, last name, date of birth, etc)
  • The patient you are on has more than 30 active diagnoses in their problem list

If all of the above has been verified and you can still not get into e-Prescribing, please contact our support department.
