Now you can check to see which patients have a claim and note done as well as co-payments taken today.  

The new Notes/Claims button shows if a note and/or claim (excludes retail sale claims) was done for the patients on your schedule.  

You can even check previous days!  (co-payments  will only show on today's appointments).  

When you click this button on today's calendar you will get a screen that looks like the appointment calendar.  You can sort/filter by clicking any of the pink column headers.  

• Alphabetically This option sorts the patient's alphabetically (including Temporary patients)
• Patient's Here This option will display only the patient's that have been marked HERE on the calendar
• Reason Order  Shows patient's by Reason 
• Start Over  resets the listing to when it loaded
• Check for Missing Claims and Notes (Set Feature Flag # 237 to have these details automatically load).
  • Note Done  - Yes or No
  • Claim Done - Yes or No
  • Copay Coll  - Displays the amount of copay and payment type 
  • *The copay collected is from the green $ and will only show for the current day.  

Previous Days

Yes, you can also check previous days! However, please note that the copay column will not available for past days.

*Temporary Patients with appointments that a permanent chart was not made from the calendar will not appear on this listing for previous days
